Our mountain bike season kicks off on June 1, and it's time to start preparing! 

From January 1 to May 30, set a distance goal and keep track of your mileage.  You can count miles from various activities including biking, walking, running, hiking, swimming, and so forth.  

To keep track of your progress, you can record your mileage on paper, in Excel, or using Strava.  If not automated, please record the following details for each activity:

We have recommended milestones at 300 miles, 500 miles, and then every 500 miles after that (1,000, 1,500, etc.). Each athlete should set a goal that makes sense for them. The purpose is not a competition between athletes, but rather to encourage everyone to stay active and motivated.
